Delete your account from the web
Sign in with the email of the account you want to delete. We email a one-time code; enter it to confirm you own the account, then delete it permanently — exactly the same deletion as the in-app button.
This page explains how to permanently delete your urmusclemate account and all of the data associated with it. urmusclemate is published by **Muhammad Saad Ullah** (com.khan.fitz).
You can delete your account in three ways: in the app, on this page (fastest for web users), or by request by email. All three result in permanent deletion of the same data.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open urmusclemate and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Manage account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Your account and data are deleted immediately. You will be signed out, and the account can no longer be used to sign in.
Tip: before deleting, you can keep a copy of your training history. In the app, use Profile → Download my data to export your workouts as a CSV file.
Option 2 — Delete from this page
The form at the top of this page emails a one-time code to your account's email address, verifies it, then deletes the account and all of its data on confirmation. This is the same deletion the in-app button performs, and it also works if you no longer have the app installed.
If you have an active urmusclemate Pro subscription, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings — deleting the account does not cancel the subscription.
Option 3 — Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app or this form, you can request deletion by email:
- Email saadmac09@gmail.com from the **email address associated with your
urmusclemate account, with the subject "Delete my urmusclemate account"**.
- We will verify that the request comes from the account owner.
- Once verified, we delete the account and its data.
We respond to and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your authentication record (your email address).
- Your profile, including your username, profile picture,
friend code, and stored time zone.
- All of your workout logs — every workout, every set (reps, weight, RPE),
dates, and any notes you added, including imported history.
- Your XP history — every XP event, level, streak, and milestone.
- Your friend relationships — pending requests, accepted friendships, and
blocks, on both sides.
- Any support reports you submitted while signed in.
- Your scan rate-limit records.
Deletion cascades across our database, so all of the above are removed together with your account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
App preferences such as your theme, units, and subscription flag are stored only on your device (not on our servers) and are removed when you delete the app from your device.
What is retained, and for how long
- Live data: Nothing is retained in our active systems after deletion —
your account, profile, workouts, XP, and friendships are removed immediately.
- Backups: Any routine encrypted backups are rotated on a short cycle;
residual copies are overwritten and fully purged within 30 days.
- Legal/security records: In rare cases we may retain minimal records
strictly necessary to comply with legal obligations or to prevent
fraud/abuse, for no longer than required by law. These do not include your
workout content.
