urmusclemate is licensed under the **Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement** (the "Apple Standard EULA"), the agreement Apple provides for apps distributed through the App Store. **By downloading or using urmusclemate, you agree to the Apple Standard EULA** in addition to our Terms of Service.

The sections below summarise the parts that matter most for how you use urmusclemate. In the event of any conflict, the Apple Standard EULA text prevails for the matters it covers.
1. What the Apple Standard EULA covers
- License, not sale. urmusclemate is licensed to you, not sold. The license
is nontransferable and limited to your own Apple-branded devices, subject
to the App Store Usage Rules.
- No copying or reverse engineering. You may not copy (except as permitted
by the license and the Usage Rules), reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt
to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent the restriction is
prohibited by applicable law.
- Consent to use of data. The Licensor may collect and use technical data
and related information about your device, system and application software to
facilitate updates, support, and other services, in a form that does not
personally identify you. See our Privacy Policy
for exactly what urmusclemate collects.
- Termination. Your rights under the EULA end automatically if you fail to
comply with its terms.
- External services. The App may enable access to third-party services and
websites. You use them at your own risk; the Licensor is not responsible for
their content or accuracy and will not tolerate their use to harass, abuse,
or defame anyone.
- No warranty. The App is provided "as is" and "as available", with all
faults and without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by
applicable law.
- Limitation of liability. To the extent not prohibited by law, the Licensor
is not liable for personal injury or incidental, special, indirect, or
consequential damages; total liability is capped at **fifty US dollars
($50.00)**, except as required by applicable law in cases involving personal
injury.
- Export restrictions. You may not use or export the App except as
authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which you
obtained it.
2. Governing law of the EULA
The Apple Standard EULA provides that it is governed by the laws of the **State of California** (with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Santa Clara County, California) for users who are not citizens of, and do not reside in, an EU member state or Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland. If you are a citizen of an EU member state or Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland, the governing law and forum are the laws and courts of your usual place of residence.
3. Purchases within the App
Purchases of urmusclemate Pro are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (including its automated renewal and refund provisions). See the Terms of Service Section 4 for how subscriptions work.
