These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the urmusclemate mobile application (the "App"), provided by Muhammad Saad Ullah ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using urmusclemate, you agree to these Terms and to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (the "EULA"), which applies to the App's license (see our EULA page). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use urmusclemate. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
2. License to use the App
The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your license is governed by the **Apple Standard EULA** (for users who obtained the App from the Apple App Store) or, if you obtained the App from Google Play, by the Google Play Terms of Service and these Terms. Subject to those terms, we grant you a **personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable** license to use urmusclemate on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial fitness use.
You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App; copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App; resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App; or use the App in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
3. Accounts
- Browsing the exercise library, searching, scanning a machine code, and viewing
routines do not require an account.
- To log workouts, join the friends leaderboard, or earn XP, you create an
account with your email address, a unique username, and a one-time code
(there is no password). The code is emailed to you each time you sign in and
expires after a short time. Usernames must be 3–24 letters, digits, or
underscores and are unique: no two accounts can hold the same one.
- You are responsible for keeping your email address accessible and secure and
for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Notify us promptly at saadmac09@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use
of your account.
4. Subscriptions and payments (urmusclemate Pro)
- Everything in urmusclemate is currently free. Browsing, scanning, workout
logging, history, import, XP, and leaderboards all cost nothing.
- urmusclemate may in the future offer an optional auto-renewing subscription
(urmusclemate Pro) for some features, with a free trial period as
described in the App. If and when it does, the following applies: purchases
are made and processed entirely through the Apple App Store or
Google Play; we never receive your payment card or billing details;
the price shown at purchase time is the price you pay; subscriptions
auto-renew until cancelled (manage or cancel at any time in your App
Store or Google Play account settings, effective at the end of the current
billing period); refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own
policies; and any future price change applies only at the next renewal and
is communicated by the relevant store before it takes effect.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other users' accounts, or our
systems;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the App or its backend (including via
automated scraping or excessive requests);
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except to the
extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful, or that violates the
rights of others;
- Use the App to harass, stalk, threaten, or defame any person, including
through the friends feature;
- Misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, or attempt to manipulate the
friends leaderboard or XP system (for example by fabricating workout data);
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content without our
written permission.
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the workout data and notes you create in urmusclemate ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the App's features to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for Your Content and for keeping your own backups (you can export your data at any time using "Download my data" in the App).
7. Fitness disclaimer — not medical advice
**urmusclemate provides general fitness and exercise information for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and makes no medical claims.** The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
- Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise
program, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition, or any concern
about your health.
- Exercise carries inherent risks. You are solely responsible for exercising
safely, using correct form, selecting appropriate weights, and stopping if you
feel pain or discomfort.
- Information about gym machines, muscles, and routines is provided for general
guidance and may not suit your individual circumstances.
You use urmusclemate and perform any exercise at your own risk.
8. Third-party services
urmusclemate relies on third-party infrastructure to operate — including Supabase (hosting, database, authentication), a third-party **AI image-recognition provider (photo scanner), Resend** (delivery of sign-in codes), and Firebase (hosting of our public legal and support pages). Apple, Google, and — if paid subscriptions are enabled — RevenueCat provide app-distribution and payment services. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and policies of the app store from which you obtained it:

We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
9. Intellectual property
The App, its design, text, graphics, anatomy library content, and software are owned by Muhammad Saad Ullah or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license granted in Section 2, no rights are granted to you.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information it contains is complete or accurate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, **Muhammad Saad Ullah and his agents will not be liable** for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) urmusclemate — **nor for any personal injury or harm resulting from exercise or reliance on the App's content.** Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim (which, for a free app, is zero) or (b) USD 50. In all cases, the Apple Standard EULA's limitation of liability provision applies to your use of the App.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Termination
You may stop using urmusclemate and delete your account at any time (see Account deletion). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. 6–11, 13) will survive.
13. Governing law and disputes
Except where the Apple Standard EULA provides otherwise for the App license itself, these Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
